Unlike AWS, which is a secure cloud service created and maintained by Amazon, Google Cloud is a collection of Google's public cloud computing resources and services. When compared to AWS's Amazon Simple Storage Services, Google Cloud Storage is a service offered by Google Cloud. Data transfer in Amazon is in a generic format, however it is fully secured in Google cloud services. The volume sizes available on Google Cloud range from 1 GB to 64 TB, whereas those available on Amazon are 500 GB to 16 TB. Backup services are offered by Google Cloud, whereas cloud-based disaster recovery services are offered by AWS.
